Notes From Conference Call 02/12/11

Hello Team Dragon! Here are our notes from today's conference call in regards to our power point presentation:

* Garret will give an overview of the social media tools/technology used at Henry Schein Dental
* Shing will go over the challenges Henry Schein Dental faced from social media tools/technology
* J. Lo will conclude with the successes Henry Schein Dental received from utilizing social media tools/technology

I just wanted to let you both know how wonderful it is to be in a group where the team is very supportive and encourages collaboration...This week's reading in our Collaborating Online book touched on how instructors should promote and encourage students to pick their own leaders and/or make decisions within the group at the beginning. This type of support helps to minimize the possibility of conflict down the road. It also creates a collaborative problem solving approach from beginning to the end of the final collaborative assignment and I believe our team is on the right track :)
